Audit Prep & Response

We conduct system reviews, provide direction for improvement, and coach staff to successfully manage survey processes. We collaborate with leadership to develop effective plans of corrective action.  

Program Conversion & Development

We provide project management services for residential ICF to IRA conversion processes, change of auspices, or program start-up support with requests for proposals.
